Account Director

Monday at Nine are delighted to be supporting a
superb retail focused marketing agencies recruitment drive.

This particular position is for an experienced
Account Director, coming in to support and manage some of the agencies biggest
accounts.

This particular need is for are a confident and
proven account handler, able to pick things up from day one and play a vital
role in delivering successful campaigns. In addition to the delivery of
campaigns, the Account Director will be responsible for the growth of existing
accounts and play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new business. The
accounts span across the big players in retail and FMCG, both nationally and
internationally.

Ideally, the successful candidate will come with
multichannel marketing campaigns within these sectors but not essential.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the Client Services Director in pro-actively managing client accounts

  • Manage a team of Senior Account Managers and oversee the delivery of campaigns

  • Identify and develop appropriate business development opportunities

  • Manage all financial elements of the account

  • Develop, coach and mentor members of your team

  • Have 4+ years relevant industry experience, preferably from a retail agency

  • Be experienced in delivering high profile campaigns

  • A natural relationship builder, internal and external

  • Have skills in preparing quotes and proposals
