Monday at Nine are excited to partner with a leading Managed Service provider based in Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business.

Our client are looking for a Business Development Manager who has experience within the Cloud (Azure, AWS environment), Collaboration (Teams, IP Telephony) and Connectivity (WAN, LAN, Support & Managed Services) to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing new business relationships

  • Developing leads and opportunities presented to you

  • Conducting customer/prospect presentations

  • Constructing and implementing account development plans

  • Forecasting the values and contract signature dates to sales management

  • Facilitating and participating in commercial negotiations

  • Coordinating virtual teams to respond to customer bids and to present technical and commercial offers

  • Liaising with internal and external parties

  • Working to achieve both individual and team targets

  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system in line with the Sales process

  • Adhering to procedures and completing necessary documentation

  • Production of sometimes complex but always fluent, accurate and complete written documents

  • Adherence to ISO09001 and ISO27001 certification standards

The role requires an individual who is capable of quickly gaining sound product and company knowledge and further developing their already excellent and proven sales skills (from lead generation and new business presentations through to complex negotiations).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving their targets (and will be able to demonstrate this) in end user sales, ideally gained within a telecoms/managed services environment and will have experience of selling both directly to end users and via Business Partners. They will have experience in developing new revenue streams by winning new customers of all sizes/profiles and across multiple sectors
