​Monday at Nine are pleased to be working with a leading provider of refurbished and new hardware. Our client is looking for a friendly and confident Channel Account Manager to join their strong team in Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and growth within new and current partnerships within the reseller channel.  They’ll be looking for incremental partners within the UK reseller channel, promoting our own brands and products, and getting creative with marketing, but above all they’ll be laying the groundwork to find routes to sale, fostering relationships, and making those deals. 

 Responsibilities:

  • New business – proactively seeking new resellers to become partners

  • Account Management, which will involve regular communication with colleagues, regular reviews, running marketing campaigns promotions and incentives to increase sales

  • Answering incoming phone and e-mail enquiries/requests

  • Monitoring website activity to convert any potential sales to completion

  • Undertake any offered training and education to familiarise yourself with our products and systems

  • Provide information and guidance (with the assistance of colleagues if needed) to customers to close sales

  • Organise face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers

  • Identify and propose suitable examples for marketing case studies

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure orders being shipped are correct

  • Working closely with our marketing department 

  • Developing and managing your own sales pipeline every month

  • Maintaining good relationships with team colleagues and managers

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum sales experience

  • Industry or Channel experience preferable

  • Proven track record in Account Management and/or New business

  • Confidence when speaking to customers on the phone, and professionalism whilst at customer visits

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent planning and organising skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
