​Monday at Nine are extremely excited to be working with a global leading Consumer Goods business to recruit a Customer Experience Manager responsible for the development of a newly created Customer Services Team

Paying up to 40k+ Bonus this is a fantastic role to join a business who are in a period of growth with each of the last 5 years boasting fantastic YOY results.

As a Customer Experience Manager in the Consumer Goods / Retail space you will be dealing with a wide range customers at different touchpoints of their journey with the business and with a complete focus on the customer coming first this requires someone with great energy and dedication to improving an unrivaled relationship with their customers.

Leading a newly created team this person will come with a fantastic track record in developing KPI's and lead a newly appointed Customer Services Executive.
