As a Customer Experience Manager in the Consumer Goods / Retail space you will be dealing with a wide range customers at different touchpoints of their journey with the business and with a complete focus on the customer coming first this requires someone with great energy and dedication to improving an unrivalled relationship with their customers.
Leading a team customer service assistants this person will come with a fantastic track record in developing KPI's and as well as leading the customer strategy will be happy to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty in a 'doing' role.
