​Monday at Nine are supporting one of the worlds leading Identity Data Intelligence businesses to recruit a Senior Customer Success Manager in to the business to focus on managing their network of partners. This role is paying up to 35k + Bonus and is 100% remote working.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationship with a network of circa 15 accounts worth 500k annually.

  • Articulate value and business benefits of complete range of products and services

  • Working closely at both strategic and operational level to increase revenue and margin

Required Skills

  • Background in developing sustainable business plans and pipelines to support commercial objectives

  • Exceptional track record in selling technical products/solutions

  • Strong understanding of a regulated environment

  • Detail oriented and analytical

  • Motivated, positive and a team player
