Head of Digital

Monday at Nine are proud to be working with an award winning,
independent integrated marketing agency in Leeds, helping them find their next
Head of Digital.

The agency are looking to further develop their digital offering
so this is a key role to spearhead that growth, whilst overseeing the finer
details of campaigns to ensure consistent success.

The successful candidate will be comfortable pitching for new
business, running a division and reporting to the board of directors. In
addition to this, they will be line managing a team of digital experts and have
the hands-on technical ability to get involved where needed.

Currently the agency has a strong team focusing predominantly on
SEO and PPC campaigns. Experience in these fields will be vital to hit the
ground running and continue to win new accounts. Any additional channel
experience is advantageous.

If you have a proven track record of securing new clients, are a
natural born leader with a desire to grow a division, and still technically
able on a delivery perspective, we would love to hear from you.

Key considerations:

• A minimum of 5 years in a digital focused role within an agency


• A strong proven track record of pitching and winning new business


• SEO/PPC expert, ideally with additional digital channel skills


• A people manager. A leader by example and passionate about people development


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Internally and client facing


• Must be able to demonstrate experience of building long term client
relationships
