based in North Yorkshire to recruit a hybrid role which will see the successful
candidate managing all areas of the companies design and marketing function.
Our client is looking for a candidate that is passionate about building and
developing a brand in line with the companies ambitious and exciting growth
The role will be split in two areas, marketing and design:
Working with the senior team to create a marketing strategy in-line with business targets
Establish correct marketing channels for products
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the senior team - creating monthly evaluation reports/ analysis of channels
Manage social media channels - measure performance
Continually update website - ensuring all content and products are up to date. Ensure homepage is regularly updated to keep it engaging for customers
Writing and delivering content and social media plans
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment - agile response when spend isn’t achieving targets
Helping to oversee the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences etc
Designing and creating merchandise/ collateral in line with company values, that add value
Manage packaging design to ensure its cohesive across all ranges and reflects the brand.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
Ensure that all external facing documents such as presentations mirror the brand, and are of a standard that reflects the business
Create all assets for web/social media
Brand guardian - work to establish strong brand values that are reflected to customers
