Monday at Nine are pleased to be partnering with a leading refurbished hardware provider based in Yorkshire. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their thriving team and manage in-bound quotes and orders. The right candidate will be confident to speak on the phone and build lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.


  • Answering incoming phone enquiries about stock pricing and availability

  • Communicating frequently with previous and potential customers

  • Undertake any offered training and education to familiarise yourself with our products and systems

  • Provide information and guidance (with the assistance of colleagues) to customers to close sales

  • Organise face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers

  • Liaising with other Techbuyer departments to ensure orders taken are in stock, tested, and shipped correctly

  • Maintaining our CRM in a timely manner!

  • Communicating with and giving feedback to colleagues

  • Attending industry roadshows

  • Developing and managing your own Sales figures every month

  • Maintaining good relationships with team colleagues and managers

Desired Skills

  • Previous sales experience would be an advantage

  • Excellent planning and organising skills

  • Interest in and enthusiasm for the idea of a circular economy

  • Fun to be around!

  • A ‘can do, no quit’ attitude is most welcome!

  • A good imagination when it comes to charitable events, organising team sports, and planning the odd night out will endear you to everybody in the office!
